How is my order shipped?

All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Service.

All worldwide deliveries are sent via Royal Mail International Delivery.

Tracked deliveries are sent via Royal Mail First Class Tracked.


What is your shipping policy?

I try my absolute best to post orders as quickly as possible, but as this is a teeny tiny business (just me!) it may take a couple of days to assemble, package and dispatch orders.


Please note that due to COVID deliveries are often taking a little longer. We strongly recommend that you use tracked postage to receive updates in case of delays. Don't worry - we try to get your goodies out to you as soon as possible!


Once dispatched, please see the following estimates for delivery:


Standard Postage:

UK postage - £1.50 (3-7 working days). Free for orders over £20.

European postage - £3.50 (10-16 working days)

Rest of the world postage - £4.50 (10-20 working days)


First Class Tracked Postage:

UK postage - £7.99 (1-3 working days).

European postage - £10 (3-15 working days)

Rest of the world postage - £12 (3-15 working days)


I'm not from the UK, can I pay in my local currency?

We support shopping in many different currencies. Check at the bottom of the page to see if your local currency is supported.


Can I return my item?

We only accept returns if you believe that your items arrived faulty/damaged, in this case you have 7 days to contact us. The faulty items should then be returned to us in 14 working days.

If your items have been damaged due to wear then this will not be regarded as faulty/damaged.


My order has not yet arrived and it has been longer than expected, what can I do?

If your order has taken longer than expected to arrive, please first check any places where the delivery courier may have left the item. If you still cannot find your item, please get in touch. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for loss of post due to incorrect address details. Please double check that your address is correct before confirming your order.


How can I look after my item?

Most of our items are made from silver plated metal. Sulphur is the main culprit in causing silver to tarnish. You can decrease tarnish build up in between wearings by minimising exposure to the air and humidity.

We send our items in air tight self seal bags which are great to keep your items stored in to prevent tarnish. Also silver doesn’t keep its last if it has long contact with water, please avoid showering or swimming while wear the jewellery.
